Tour Overview
Eight nights overland and by air: Giza, both Luxor banks, Philae, and Abu Simbel, without a cruise. This itinerary is "Cairo to Abu Simbel Classic". Named stops: Giza, Luxor, Philae, Abu Simbel.
Hotels instead of a cabin. Abu Simbel is a dawn start from Aswan.
Philae is an island temple of Isis, moved above the new lake after the High Dam — reached by a short boat, not a parking-lot walk. Abu Simbel is the four seated kings of Ramses II, cut from the cliff and lifted above the lake, with Nefertari’s smaller temple beside them.
"Cairo to Abu Simbel Classic" sits around domestic seats held after we see your dates.
Private means your party only. Empty seats are not filled with strangers, and shops not named on this page are not added at the gate.
There is no online checkout for "Cairo to Abu Simbel Classic". Send dates, hotel or ship, and party size; we reply from Downtown Cairo with an outline and a quote for this itinerary.
Domestic seats are quoted after we see your dates. If economy is full, we tell you before adding a business-class difference.
